Additional Holiday Observances

Midi is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. In keeping with this principle, we recognize that some employees may observe holidays in accordance with their religious, cultural, or personal beliefs, which may not align with Midi's established Office Closure List. To ensure equitable access to time off for such observances, employees are encouraged to make a written request for additional holiday time off as a reasonable accommodation. Please submit your request through Rippling, addressed to your supervisor, preferably with as much advance notice as possible. Each request will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis, with the aim of providing a reasonable accommodation that does not impose an undue hardship on Midi's operations. It is important to note that approval will be subject to the business needs and the feasibility of the requested accommodation. We are committed to adhering to all federal, state, and local laws regarding reasonable accommodations. Midi will not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who request a reasonable accommodation, those who may need such accommodation or anyone engaged in the interactive process of accommodation. We are devoted to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment that values and honors the diversity of all our employees.
