Conflicts of Interest
Employees may not use their position, influence, knowledge of confidential information, including trade secrets, or Midi’s assets for personal commercial gain, for the benefit of any competing company or organization, or for the benefit of any other third party except as may be required in the performance of their duties as employees of Midi. Further, employees shall not maintain an outside business or financial interest, or engage in any outside business or financial activity, which conflicts with the interests of Midi or which interferes with the employee's ability to fully perform the employee’s job responsibilities, unless such prohibition is restricted by applicable law.
