Dress Code & Appearance
Midi encourages clinical staff to wear company issued scrubs during their scheduled work hours in which they will be patient-facing. Employees not patient-facing, may wear casual attire as long as their appearance is presentable and does not include any offensive, inappropriate, or distracting elements. This includes avoiding clothing with offensive language or graphics, as well as wearing excessive or distracting accessories. When attending Midi in-person functions, employees should wear business casual attire.
All employees are also expected to groom themselves in accordance with generally accepted social and business standards. Overall, a neat and tasteful appearance contributes to the positive impression made on clients, supervisors, and other employees.
Nothing in this policy or any related guideline is intended to discriminate against an employee’s sincerely-held religious beliefs or practices, disability, race, or any other basis protected by applicable law.
If an employee’s appearance fails to meet the standards outlined above, as determined in Midi’s sole discretion, the employee may be asked to return home, or turn off their camera, and adhere to the dress code. Further violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.
