Health Insurance
Employees who average 30 or more hours per week, may participate in Midi’s group health insurance program. Benefits begin the first of the month following your hire date. Should an employee start on the 1st of a month, they will have the option to enroll and have their benefits start that day. Under the plan, employees who elect coverage will receive comprehensive health insurance coverage for both the employee and their eligible family members.
Upon hire, or employment type change to 30 or more hours, employees eligible to participate in these plans will receive an enrollment link from Rippling to view and elect benefits. Employees can contact Human Resources with questions regarding this policy.
