Meetings & Company Events Expectations

Whenever employees are representing Midi at events or offsite gatherings, like conferences or meetings, they are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner both through behavior and attire

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Clean and appropriate attire

  • Avoiding use of crude of harassing language

  • Remaining sober and avoiding intoxication while involved in onsite activities

  • Not engaging in unsafe or reckless activities

If an employee is found to be acting outside of our employee code of conduct, Midi may take disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
