Personnel Files

An employee’s personal information, such as an employee’s address, telephone number, tax withholding, etc., is contained in the company’s HRIS, Rippling. In the event an employee needs to update their personal information, they will need to access their Rippling account and make the necessary changes in the system.

Employee’s information, related to their job, will be kept in a confidential employee file. Employees will be provided with access to and copies of personnel files to the extent required and in accordance with applicable state law. Questions regarding access/copies should be directed to Human Resources. Employees should inform management of any specialized job-related training or skills acquired in the future, so that they can be added to the employee’s confidential file.

Performance related documentation will be documented within Lattice. Employees will be able to review this information from their Lattice account’s  homepage.
