Smoking

The use of e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar electronic devices, as well as smoking, is strictly prohibited during company virtual meetings or when representing Midi at all company meetings.

Any disputes involving smoking and any employees with questions should discuss their issues/concerns with Human Resources.  Employees will not be subject to retaliation for reporting violations of this policy in good faith.
